Shipping & Return Policy

Allyn Fashion is able to ship to all 50 states. Please note, UPS is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We are not responsible for packages sent to PO boxes after it has left the warehouse.

Allyn Fashion ships all orders as quickly as possible using UPS, but there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak holidays. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays, you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to receive it on time. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

*Delivery times go into effect the next business day after your order has been placed.

**Arrival time will be estimated within your tracking information and cannot be 100% guaranteed. 

Refuse Delivery: If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Allyn Fashion, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless the product is on pre-order. 
  • Free US Shipping over $75. Delivery Time - 4-5 days.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Items must have original tags attached

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Face Masks
  • Bodysuits
  • Items that have been exchanged 
  • Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Allyn Fashion.

  • Lost Packages: We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. Allyn Fashion is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue credit to the platform (web/app) the item was purchased. Either way, you will be notified via email. Once an item has been exchanged, the item is now FINAL SALE. 

FAQs: Shipping & Return Policy

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75 in the United States. Any order under $75 has a flat-rate fee of $5. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the continental U.S.

How much do returns cost?

We do have a $10 flat-rate return shipping/restocking charge for all returns. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the order delivery date. Learn more about returns and exchanges here.

Which carrier do you use?

We use UPS for all packages within the continental U.S. For Alaska and Hawaii, we use USPS.

How long will it take before my items ship?

It usually takes 2-3 business days to process your order and send it out. If you pre-order an item, the lead time depends on when we actually get the product.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information to track the status of your order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t have an expedited shipping option. If you would like to expedite your shipping, you can reach out to us for more information. Our team will do what we can to accommodate you, depending on your location and shipping speed preference.
